This Privacy Policy details how Writing Tech collects, uses, and discloses information about you and your devices when you use our services or interact with us. It outlines our privacy practices, how we may update this policy, and how to contact us with any questions or concerns.

Refund Policy

Writing Tech is dedicated to delivering quality and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to address various scenarios, though refunds may not always be applicable. Please review the policy below for detailed information.

Quality Assurance

Quality is our top priority at Writing Tech. We implement strict measures to ensure high standards and customer satisfaction. You can request unlimited revisions to address any issues if your order does not meet our quality promises (except for urgent orders). Revisions are subject to the terms outlined in our “Order Approval and Revisions” section.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order by promptly notifying our support team. A 70% refund will be issued in such cases, with 30% retained to cover operational costs. Refunds are not available if:

  • A writer has already been assigned to your order.
  • The work has been completed before your cancellation request.

If no writer has been assigned within half the time between order placement and the delivery date, you may be eligible for up to a 50% refund. Refunds are not applicable once a writer has completed your work, though a dispute manager may make the final decision in such cases.

Timeliness and Delays

Refunds are generally not provided for minor delays in urgent orders with a 24-hour deadline. However, a dispute manager may consider a refund of up to 7% for significant delays. Refunds will not be issued if delays are due to pending files or clarifications from your end. We advise providing all necessary materials and instructions promptly to ensure timely delivery.

Amendment Policy

Writing Tech offers flexible amendment options, allowing customers to request unlimited order changes. For free amendments, revision requests must be submitted within 20 days of receiving the order. For larger orders, this period extends to 45 days. Requests made outside these timeframes will be subject to our standard turnaround times and may incur additional costs.

  • Orders with deadlines up to 24 hours: 24-hour amendment turnaround.
  • Orders with deadlines between 24 and 48 hours: 48-hour amendment turnaround.
  • Orders with deadlines over 48 hours: 72-hour amendment turnaround.

Refunds are unavailable if you terminate your agreement and later find a lower price elsewhere. Partial refunds will only be considered with valid proof.

Order Approval and Revisions

Once an order is approved, refunds are not available. Deviations from the provided instructions during a revision may require additional payment, and refunds or cancellations will not be possible in such cases. Please approve or request revisions within 14 days of delivery. For larger orders (30 pages or more), revisions may be requested after 14 days by contacting our support team.
